When I was young I want to draw a chibi style picture to give my girl friend. I tried to draw but I spend a lot of time but I could not complete it. How to use:
1. Please download OpenCv library it will be convert. Sorry about uncomfortable thing.
2. Select the photo or take a photo.
3. Waiting some minute for recognizing the picture.
4. Select and change point on the picture if the point isn't at in face shape.
5. Edit the picture and enjoy.
